Astor Hostels & ChrisnFlo 2-Night London Hostel Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Official Rules: These terms and conditions represent the official rules of Astor Hostels & @chrisnflo 2-Night London Hostel Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and any additional rules or amendments communicated by @chrisnflo.
@chrisnflo reserves the right to modify these official rules or to introduce supplementary rules related to the Giveaway. Any such modifications or supplementary rules will be communicated to participants to ensure transparency and fairness.
Participants are encouraged to review these official rules and any additional rules provided by @chrisnflo to stay informed about the Giveaway's requirements and procedures. If there are any discrepancies or questions regarding the rules, participants may contact @chrisnflo via instagram direct message for clarification.
Prize: One lucky follower will be randomly selected to receive a two night shared bed accommodation at Astor Hostels “The Prize” and/or “Prize Winnings”.
Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to all followers of @chrisnflo, and Astor Hostels on Instagram. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and comply with the platform's terms of service. Employees and immediate family members of @chrisnflo and/or Astor Hostels are not eligible to participate. Corporations, businesses, and other non-natural persons are expressly excluded from eligibility to win The Prize. Only individual, natural persons are eligible to be selected as winners. @chrisnflo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and disqualify any winner who is found to be a corporation, business entity, or non-natural person.
Entry Period: The Giveaway entry period will begin on the 14th of August, 2024 and it will close on the 10th of September, 2024. The exact end date may be subject to change and will be announced on @chrisnflo's Instagram profile.
Prize conditions:
The Prize must be redeemed within 12 calendar months from the date of winning.
Astor Hostels reserves the right to approve/deny specific dates of redemption for the two night stay.
Redemption is dependent on availability at Astor Hostels and does not supersede Astor Hostels’s existing reservations.
Astor Hostels by this Giveaway is obligated to cooperate to their best extent possible to honor The Prize in conjunction with the winner’s travel plans.
How to Enter:
Instagram users must follow BOTH @chrisnflo and Astor Hostels on Instagram, like the Giveaway post, and tag 3 other instagram accounts.
No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win this Giveaway. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entrants can enter by following the methods outlined in the "How to Enter" section of these terms and conditions.
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not impact their chances of winning.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The selection will take place on or within 14 days of September 10th, 2024, the winner will be announced on @chrisnflo's profile.
Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram from @chrisnflo. (Do not trust notifications/messages from any other accounts). If the winner does not respond within 48 hours or does not qualify, a new winner will be randomly selected, and the process will repeat until a winner is confirmed.
Claiming The Prize: Within 1 week of confirmation of Prize Winnings the winner must provide the following necessary details to claim The Prize:
Full legal name, Email Address and Phone Number.
@chrisnflo and Astor Hostels agree to cooperate to their best extent possible to fulfill winnings within reason. @chrisnflo and their affiliates reserve the right not to patronize inappropriate businesses or fulfill winnings in ways that present concerns over safety, brand image, or break any laws.
If the winner responds but does not confirm necessary information within 3 calendar days, a new winner will be selected.
The verified winner is to work directly with Astor Hostels to claim The Prize. An email contact from Astor Hostels will be provided upon winning to arrange redemption.
After The Prize has been confirmed, all future communication shall take place between The Prize winner and Astor Hostels to fulfill the winnings. @chrisnflo have fulfilled their obligations of this Giveaway upon verifying the winner, announcing the winner, and connecting the winner with Astor Hostels.
Public Announcement: By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to allow @chrisnflo and Astor Hostels to announce their name (or username) as the winner on Instagram.
Use of Likeness:
By entering this Giveaway, participants grant @chrisnflo and Astor Hostels the right to use their name, likeness, username, and any provided content (including photos or comments) for promotional and marketing purposes related to this Giveaway and @chrisnflo's or Astor Hostels’s social media presence. This may include, but is not limited to, announcing the winner, sharing their travel experience, and promoting future Giveaways.
The use of likeness will be limited to the context of this Giveaway and any related content on @chrisnflo's and Astor Hostels’s social media platforms.
Participants understand and agree that no additional compensation or royalties will be provided for the use of their likeness.
@chrisnflo and Astor Hostels will make reasonable efforts to respect and protect the privacy of participants and will not use their likeness for any unrelated or inappropriate purposes.
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree to the "Use of Likeness" clause described above. If you have any concerns or objections regarding the use of your likeness, please contact @chrisnflo via Instagram DM before participating in the Giveaway.
Privacy: Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of this Giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
Void Where Prohibited: This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. If participation in the Giveaway or the awarding of The Prize is not allowed in your jurisdiction, country, or other, you are not eligible to participate. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that their participation is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their place of residence. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for ensuring their eligibility in their respective jurisdiction, and @chrisnflo as well as Astor Hostels are not liable for any violations of local laws and regulations.
Reselection of Winners in Case of Eligibility Complications: @chrisnflo reserves the right to reselect a winner or winners in the event that eligibility complications arise, making it impractical or legally challenging to award The Prize to the originally selected participant(s). These complications may include, but are not limited to, conflicts with local laws and regulations, the inability to verify eligibility, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, @chrisnflo will make reasonable efforts to address eligibility concerns and reselect a new winner(s) who meets the Giveaway's eligibility criteria.
Changes and Cancellation: @chrisnflo and Astor Hostels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, or any part of it, at its sole discretion. @chrisnflo may do so without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or other issues that compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. @chrisnflo and Astor Hostels are not liable for any inconvenience or losses incurred due to such modifications, suspensions, or cancellations.
Liability Disclaimer: By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that @chrisnflo and its affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for any accidents, damages, losses, or other unforeseen circumstances that may occur as a result of participation in the Giveaway or it’s Prize Winnings. Participants agree to release and hold @chrisnflo harmless from any claims, demands, and liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Giveaway or it’s Prize Winnings

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants understand and consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and awarding The Prize outlined in “Claiming The Prize”.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through communication will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the State of Texas, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in resolving such disputes.
Force Majeure Clause: @chrisnflo, Astor Hostels, and participants agree that they shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemic, natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or other events that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill the Giveaway.
In the event of a force majeure event, @chrisnflo will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and resume the Giveaway as soon as circumstances permit.
@chrisnflo reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Giveaway if it is adversely affected by a force majeure event, with notice provided to participants to the best extent possible.
@chrisnflo and participants agree to work together to find a suitable solution to any issues arising from a force majeure event to the extent practical and reasonable.
